Because of the nature of our service, we cannot guarantee a replacement item should your items be lost or damaged. You may notify us as soon as possible so we can try to reserve a replacement product for you. We cannot guarantee a replacement.

Unless the product is lost, or damaged on arrival, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges. Should your damaged or lost item be a gift to you, we will not be able to offer a refund but we will issue you a store credit with a 10% complimentary discount for your next purchase.
Per our policy, you must notify us of your damaged products within 7 days of receiving the order. If 7 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will make every effort to replace your lost orders with the same product(s). In such case when a replacement is not possible we will issue you either a store credit with a complimentary 10% discount to apply on your next purchase or refund your original payment.

To complete your return of damaged and unused items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
